In Preparation
In preparation for the recommended 2-coat High Build Epoxy Resin Flooring System, our team meticulously undertook extensive concrete floor preparation using our specialised equipment. Our captive Husqvarna diamond grinders were utilised to thoroughly eliminate any grime from the concrete, ensuring optimal adhesion. Moreover, all edgework was diligently ground back using a completely enclosed handheld 110v diamond grinder, followed by a comprehensive vacuuming of the entire area to eradicate all residues and dust. We skilfully repaired any localised damaged concrete, large cracks, and holes using epoxy mortar compound and epoxy resin screed as deemed necessary.
